Welcome Videos
Start by picking a Welcome Video from Miss Karla for Grades 1-4
or Miss Renee for littles-Kindergartners or watch both!
Worship Together
Share in some faith practices of worship together!
Shine a Light: Light a candle or find a flashlight. Take turns saying, “Jesus is the light of the world!”
Sing Together: This Little Light of Mine
Add new verse: Here I am. Send me! I’m going to let it shine…
Make an Offering: How will you make an offering today? An offering is not always money. You can also offer your time, support, or creativity to improve the lives of others.
Littles Sing Together: Watch the Welcome Video to learn a new verse to our God’s Love song!
Read the Bible Together
Read this week’s God’s Great Story in the children’s Bible for you child’s age.
Spark Story Bible (only in old version, click here to view pages)
Bible (Adventure Bibles received in 3rd Grade) Isaiah 6:1-8
Talk About It!
Have fun asking question for all your family members!
What do you say when you see something amazing? What would you say if you saw God? What do you imagine God looks like?
In today’s story, Isaiah is near God, and God is so big and so powerful that Isaiah gets scared and feels bad about all of his mistakes and bad choices. Do you think God punishes Isaiah because he is not perfect? No, God uses an unusual creature, a seraphim, to touch Isaiah’s lips with a hot coal from the fire. The coal takes away his sin and Isaiah is forgiven. Then God asks, “Whom shall I send?” Now Isaiah really knows that God loves him and forgives him, and he says, “Here I am. Send me!”
Dig Deeper: I can do it! I’ll help! May I try? Think about the times you’ve volunteered. What did you do? Who did you help?
Family Activity Choices
Pick activities to do together! Supplies are provided in our Monthly At-Home Kits you picked up at our drive thru events or ask to have delivered to your home.
Activity 1 – Imagine What God Looks Like: Use your imagination and something like markers, play doh or even slime to make what you think God could look like. There’s no wrong answers, so have some fun!
Activity 2 – The Good News Newspaper: Fill in the blanks about Isaiah and add your own thoughts and drawings in the newspaper activity from the monthly kit, or click below: The Good News Newspaper
Activity 3 – Being Called: I bet you’ve been asked, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” We all have things that inspire us or jobs we’d like to do. Write down one or two of the ideas you have for your future. Date the paper and keep it in your Bible, scrapbook, or another safe place.

Pray Together
“Dear God, Thank you for always forgiving us. Help us be brave enough to go and share your love with others. Amen.”
Bless Each Other
At the end of your time, give each other a special blessing to remember one of God’s promises.
Stretch each other’s arms out and say “God’s love for you is bigger than you can imagine!”
