Homelessness Outreach Team

The Nativity Community has a “Heart” for homelessness. The Homelessness Community Outreach Team recognizes and responds to the reality that many people are unable to acquire and maintain regular, safe and adequate housing. The purpose of this team is to increase awareness among our community on issues around homelessness and affordable housing as well as provide opportunities for Nativity members to get involved in hands on action and education events.

Partnerships that this team engages with include People Serving People (serving homeless families), Lutheran Social Service Metro Homeless Youth (serving homeless teens) and the Dignity Center (serving homeless adults).

If you would like to join us in our effort to combat homelessness and change the world, fill out the form below and the Facilitator of Community Engagement will contact you to follow up. Thank you.
