Worship Together
Share in some faith practices of worship together!
Shine a Light: Light a candle or find a flashlight. Take turns saying, “Jesus shows the way.”
Sing Together: Jesus loves me this I know, for the Bible tells me so. Little ones to him belong; they are weak, but he is strong. Yes, Jesus loves me! Yes, Jesus loves me! Yes, Jesus loves me! The bible tells me so. Jesus loves me, blessings flow for his children here below; Old and young are welcome there. Lambs and sheep within his care.
Make an Offering: Put an offering in your Lenten “Piggy” Bank & make sure you’re got next Sunday, 3/28 marked on your calendar to bring it church for our Palm Sunday Drive Thru 10am-Noon.
Read the Bible Together
Read this week’s God’s Great Story in the children’s Bible for you child’s age.

Talk About It!
Have fun asking question for all your family members!
Have you ever climbed up high to get someone’s attention? Felt really proud when you’ve accomplished a new high and got your grown up’s attention? Where do you like to climb?
How would you feel if Jesus were coming to your house for dinner? What questions would you want to ask him? What would you prepare for dinner?
Dig Deeper: The people of Jericho did not like Zaccheus because he wasn’t always fair and honest. When you don’t like a certain person, how do you deal with them? What would Jesus do?
Family Activity Choices
Pick activities to do together! Supplies are provided in our Monthly At-Home Kits you picked up at our drive thru events or ask to have delivered to your home.
Activity 1: Sculp a tree for Zacchaeus Find the brown paper bag in your Faith Formation kit (or another brown paper bag). Cut 1-2” wide strips vertically from the top of the open bag to about halfway down. Twist and shape the strips to look like branches. Cut leaf shapes from colored paper and glue them on.
Activity 2: Playdate Invite: Invite a grown up or older sibling to a playdate for a play meal or play with your favorite toy and tell them why Jesus is special to you.
Activity 3: Do Week 4 of Family Lent Activities: Use the “On Earth As In Heaven” Lent packet from you Feb At-Home Kit or download HERE to have some learning how we can bring God’s kingdom to Earth this Lenten season.

Pray Together
“Dear God, Jesus’ love is big and without exception. Help us to love like Jesus loves. In your name we pray. Amen.”
And keep working on The Lord’s Prayer together!
Bless Each Other
At the end of your time, give each other a special blessing to remember one of God’s promises.
Climb up higher than one another and say “I see God’s love in you!”
