We want our entire community to be part of the conversation that informs our mission, engagement, programming, and events. Information collected, will be used to create user profiles in our new church database, Realm; a software tool supporting our empowerment as a community to live a shared mission of Loving God & Loving Neighbor.

Please participate and contributing through this online questionnaire. It should take less than 5 minutes to complete. All are welcome to complete the questionnaire! But first, some important background information on current and upcoming partnerships and programs.
