Lord Jesus Christ,
You called us to love one another as you love us.
Grant us a sense of hope,
So we can help bring your hope to one another.
Help us to calm the fearful, the angry, the lonely.
Help us to bless the sick and comfort the bereaved.
Help us to assure others of your loving presence in our midst.
