There are growing efforts at Nativity to work on ways to alleviate hunger in our community and world. People working closely with these hunger efforts recently met and would like to increase awareness and understand- ing of hunger and ways others can be involved. The various efforts and its contact person are as follows:

  • Feed My Starving Children – Pack meals for malnourished families in nearly 70 countries; Julie Chattopadhyay, julie.chattopadhyay@gmail.com
  • Northeast Emergency Depot (NEED) – Collect food and money donations for the NEED food shelf at Salvation Army; Kay Bjorke, mplsbjorkes@usfamily. net
