REJM is collaborating with the Center for Leadership and Neighborhood Engagement (CLNE) to offer the Intercultural Developmental Inventory Assessment (IDI) at Nativity.
The IDI will provide our Nativity community with a benchmark of our collective intercultural capacity and awareness following several years of a sustained commitment to justice as a congregation. In line with our values, the IDI will be a helpful tool for discerning and continually improving our sense of inclusion and belonging as a community committed to Loving God and Loving Neighbor.
A generous, anonymous donor is covering the cost of these assessments for the community, free of charge (ages 15+). If you would like to go deeper beyond the collective results, you will have the option of a personal IDI report and debrief by a certified IDI practitioner from CLNE for a modest fee.
