This weekend the gospel-folk group Rainfall will lead our music at each worship hour. Rainfall features Nativity’s Mike Forsberg, Duane Johnson, and Lee Gilbertson. They’ll be joined by special guests Freda Myhrwold, Paige Buck, and Becca Williams.
We’ll also welcome guest preacher Mark Blaede as he reflects on Jesus’ telling the disciplines “You will be my witnesses…” in Acts 1:1-14. Mark is a stay-at-home dad with a background in church ministry and leadership development. His previous roles have ranged from associate pastor to college ministry director and learning and development specialist. He and his wife, Rebecca, and their three sons live in Columbia Heights. They have been attending Nativity since 2022 and became members last year.
