Join us each week as a family to have fun together with some of God’s great stories. In August we’re diving into stories of the super heroes of the Bible!
Start by picking a welcome video from Miss Leah or Miss Renee
Worship Together
Make the sign of the cross (Touch forehead, then heart. Touch one shoulder, then the other.) As you make the cross say, “Love God, Love Neighbor.”

Have you ever prepared food for a big party? How much did it cost? How long did it take? Today we learn about Jesus feeding a crowd of 5,000 people.
What stands out to you in this story? What do you like about this story? Use open-ended questions like these to get your family talking about the amazing love of Jesus.

Digging deeper:
We can’t perform a miracle like Jesus did, but we can certainly do our part to help feed the hungry. What have you done in the past to help feed the hungry? What could you commit to doing in the future? Your acts of love are important, no matter how big or small.
Family Activities
Make Superhero Cuffs Jesus is the ultimate superhero, saving the day with compassion. Using the materials in the craft kit or materials from home (toilet paper tubes, paper, stickers, buttons, scissors, glue), create your own superhero cuffs.
- Act out the story with Goldfish crackers or another snack.
