Nativity Mental Health Connect is launching a Creativity for Mental Health: Restorative Practices Series. Being creative can increase positive emotions, reduce depressive symptoms and anxiety, and improve our immune function. Our first session in the series, “Writing to Listen to Your Heart,” will be facilitated by Jules Bonde.
