Beacon’s vision is that all people have a home. The pandemic and economic crisis have been building into an eviction crisis, which could add to the already large number of people experiencing unsheltered homelessness. We cannot let this happen, and home is the solution.
Nativity is working with the Beacon Housing Collaborative to address the issue of affordable housing and homelessness. We gather on the first business day of each month via Zoom to receive updates and an action step for all in attendance to take to address the housing crisis. The next Rent is Due Zoom meeting is Monday, May 2. Join others for a 30-minute update meeting, where we will learn more about the growing crisis, and reflect on how to take action together.
