Lent is a time in the church year when we dive a bit deeper into our spirituality. This year, using some new and ancient contemplative practices, we will reflect on the habits of Jesus. Reflecting on Jesus’ habits will provide greater awareness of who we are spiritually. It will also challenge us toward new questions and insights around our growing edges. Finally, the example of Jesus’ habits can offer us healing and hope.
