On the weekend of March 8-9, the congregation voted to call Pastor Angela LaMoore to serve as Co-Pastor alongside Pastor Glenn Seefeldt. The vote of 187 yes and 3 no is a very strong vote of confidence in Pastor Angela’s abilities. Pastor Angela will begin as Co-Pastor on March 15.
As Pastor Angela begins her ministry at Nativity, her focus will be getting to know the people of Nativity and the community Nativity serves. Pastor Angela will meet with Nativity staff, sit down with individuals, and schedule time with Nativity’s groups to listen and learn about Nativity’s story and the stories of its people.
In the upcoming months you will see and hear Angela she preaches, is involved in worship, and provides pastoral care. Other areas of responsibility for Pastor Angela will evolve after she settles in as Co-Pastor.
