Our special guest this month will be Chris Shaw, Executive Director of the Heart and Mind Connection. A former stand-up comedian, Navy Veteran, and certified peer and family support professional, Chris will share his thoughts and experiences on understanding emotional control. Understanding emotional control is a critical component to eliminating stigma and supporting all who struggle with mental health issues.
