Kids Create 2025 was a smashing success! Our theme was “love,” and each day we focused on a different type of love (eros, philia, storge and agape). Twenty-six children attended, and seven teens assisted. Leah Reddy, Renee Hoffman, Karla Reiland, Shawn Holt, and Ashley Brown were the adult staff.
We welcomed Mayme Donsker from Common Ground Meditation to lead us in a loving-kindness meditation on our “agape” day. Nativity member Pastel Hein came up with and helped lead a brilliant “agape” art project as well.
Other highlights included eating a wedding cake for snack, creating multimedia self portraits, singing L-O-V-E with Pat Hendrick’s Wednesday AM Bible study group, and our Friday show (talent show, art show, and concert). Many thanks to all who made the week possible!
