The weekend of May 30-31, Nativity welcomed the community to come together to mark the transition of leadership with the installation of Pastor Angela LaMoore as Senior Pastor. Bishop Jen Nagel from the Minneapolis Synod office presided over the ceremony Saturday evening, and Pastor Jen Collins, Assistant to the Bishop, was with us on Sunday. Both Pastor Glenn and Pastor Angela reflected on the Elijah-Elisha model as the guide and inspiration for the transition of the last year’s time and shared optimism for the chapter ahead.

Thank you for all of the love and support shown to both me and Pastor Glenn this past weekend as we officially “passed to mantle” of leadership. Whether you were there in body or spirit, it was a holy moment for all involved. It continues to be an immense privilege to serve this congregation, now as your Senior Pastor!
