Volunteer for Thursday Evenings
With the surge in people reaching out for assistance, our ministry partner, Little Kitchen, is looking for additional volunteers to help meet the need. Nativity volunteers staff the Little Kitchen Food Shelf every Thursday evening from 6:00-7:30 PM. This is also a great opportunity for high schoolers to earn volunteer hours for school clubs, National Honor Society, or scholarship applications. Donate Reusable & Paper Grocery Bags
Little Kitchen is in need of both reusable and paper grocery bags to help our clients carry their groceries home. We go through over 50 bags each week during our Thursday evening distributions and are trying to promote reusable options. If you have any clean, gently used reusable or paper bags at home, please drop them off in the Little Kitchen collection box near Nativity’s main entrance.
