January 29, 7:00-8:30 pm | Room 218 (parents) & Fellowship Hall (youth)

This is a one-hour class for parents, grandparents, and other adults supporting middle school and high school youth that covers the developmental responses youth may have to stress. We will discuss five mental health tips for families as well as mental health resources in the community. A discussion time will follow the presentation. Questions? Presenter: Renée Labat (She/Her/Hers)
Youth Program Coordinator
National Alliance on Mental Illness- Minnesota (NAMI Minnesota)

Simultaneous to the parent meeting, there will be a special in-person presentation specifically for confirmation and high school youth with their small group leaders in the Fellowship Hall. This is an important addition to our confirmation and youth schedule for this year, and we are asking families to plan to attend as they would for weekly class.
