This 6 week evening series is offered each fall and spring at various churches in our area. The sessions are once a week from 6:45-9:00 PM. The fall series begins in person, Monday, September 13th at St. Philips Lutheran Church in Fridley. The series ends on October 18th. You can attend all or just some of the sessions. The format includes a presentation on an aspect of the grieving process, followed by small group sessions with people of similar losses such as loss of a spouse, parent, friend, relationship. I highly recommend this series. There is no cost, but donations are accepted. Brochures with the full schedule are on the wall next to the help desk.
