This year we had 31 campers attend Nativity Week at Luther Park Camp, including 5 first-timers and one of our high schoolers as a leader in training. With the theme from Isaiah 43:2 reminding us that God is with us through it all, our campers dove right into camp life: singing and dancing at worship, racing to tidy cabins for the coveted golden toilet seat, splashing in the lake, and creating all kinds of cool crafts. They ran wild (in the best way!) during all-camp games like Goobers and Capture the Prom Dress, and even a wonderfully wet Wednesday couldn’t dampen their spirits. Along the way, they built friendships, cheered each other on, tried new things, and showed so much care for one another. The week wrapped up with a fun banquet and talent show where our Nativity kids shined with confidence and creativity. We’re grateful for this special place and the chance for our youth to feel the love of God and others together.
