Popular Topics Sunday Forums include guest presenters or community members offering information and expertise on social concerns or timely issues. These presentations provoke lively conversation where people are encouraged to “disagree without being disagreeable” and strengthen our lives together. Forums are offered Sunday mornings at 9:00am and cover a variety of topics. Spring forums run through June 4.

Social Justice Book Club

Discussion Groups (Spiritual Discussion/Connecting with others; exploring life’s joys or challenges)

Tuesday Study/Morning Breakfast Club
Conversations on topics/books chosen by the class followed by a simple breakfast. Meets in the commons 6:30-7:30am from Sept. – May. Contact: Duane Addison, 763-574- 9822.
Wednesday Morning Bible Study
A group that gathers year-round for prayer and the study and discussion of scripture. Meets in the Commons area 9:30-11am. Contact: Marilyn Eberlein, 612-789- 8395.
Making A Difference Workshop
A three-session workshop that helps us learn about ourselves, discover our gifts and passions, and find out where God is calling us to serve. These workshops are two to three times a year.
Learn common-sense principles regarding how you approach parenting at regularly scheduled parenting workshops. These topical presentations teach easy-to-learn skills and are offered on Wednesday evenings a number of times throughout the year.

Lutheran Social Service Circle
Monthly Bible study, including how it relates to the world. Involved in monthly mission projects for Lutheran Social Service and the annual Christmas gifts for homeless teens program. Meets the 3rd Thursday of the month at 12:30pm.
Martha’s and Mary’s Circle
Worship and learn in Bible studies, to support one another on our faith journeys, and to serve lonely and shut-in friends through the “Sweets for Sharing” project each Christmas. Meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 12 noon.
