The sessions are once a week from 6:45-9:00 PM. The fall series begins in person\, Monday\, September 13th at St. Philips Lutheran Church in Fridley. The series ends on October 18th. You can attend all or just some of the sessions. The format includes a presentation on an aspect of the grieving process\, followed by small group sessions with people of similar losses such as loss of a spouse\, parent\, friend\, relationship.
