SUMMARY:Hymns in the Park
DESCRIPTION:Hymns in the Park will be held one last time this year in the picnic shelter at St. Anthony Village Central Park. Stairs and a ramp are available from the parking lot to the picnic shelter. There are picnic tables to sit at or bring your own lawn chair. Food and beverages will not be provided; if desired\, bring your own snacks and/or non-alcoholic beverages.\nWe are looking forward to another fun evening singing familiar hymns.\nMasks are not required for vaccinated persons.

SUMMARY:Growing Through Loss
DESCRIPTION:This 6 week evening series is offered each fall and spring at various churches in our area. The sessions are once a week from 6:45-9:00 PM. The fall series begins in person\, Monday\, September 13th at St. Philips Lutheran Church in Fridley. The series ends on October 18th. You can attend all or just some of the sessions. The format includes a presentation on an aspect of the grieving process\, followed by small group sessions with people of similar losses such as loss of a spouse\, parent\, friend\, relationship. I highly recommend this series. There is no cost\, but donations are accepted.
