“Connecting on Tuesdays” Book Group

We read, discuss and learn. Readers of all ages are welcome! We discuss the book and close with prayer.

Winter Tuesdays (see below for specific dates), 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. via Zoom, occasionally in person. Group meets the second and fourth Tuesdays.

Current Book:
Join us as we read and talk about TATTOOS ON THE HEART: THE POWER OF BOUNDLESS COMPASSION by Gregory Boyle.

For twenty years, Gregory Boyle has run Homeboy Industries, a gang-intervention program located in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, the gang capital of the world. In Tattoos on the Heart, he distills his experience working in the ghetto into a breathtaking series of parables inspired by faith.
