In the summer of 1995, a group of people interested in making rubber stamped cards met for a demonstration and began the ministry of Stamping Stars. Since then, there have been 5 leaders—Louise Olsen, Pamela Mills, Gerry Parrott, Glenda Berkheimer and Janet Poire—and 30+ people who have used their creativity, encouragement, and/or service gifts to make cards of many kinds to support the Nativity community—including birthday cards (everyone 80+ receives a card), Christmas cards (over 300 and counting), as well as thank you, thinking of you, sympathy, and “praying for you” cards.
Celebrate the service and legacy of Nativity’s Stamping Stars at their 30th Anniversary Party! Join them in learning how they make the cards and work as a group.
