Introduction to Christian Spirituality
Meets Tuesdays through June and is led by members of St. Anthony Village churches
Tuesdays 7 to 8:15pm
At the St. Anthony Community Center – (3301 Silver Lake Road)
What is Alpha?
Alpha gives everyone the opportunity to explore the meaning of life in a relaxed, friendly setting. The Alpha course usually meets once a week for 10 weeks.
During the discussion, everyone is welcome to contribute their opinions and no question is considered hostile or too simple. Questions might include—Is there a God? Why am I here? Where did I come from? Where am I going?
Who is Alpha for?
Alpha is for anyone and people attend from all backgrounds, religions, and viewpoints. They come to investigate questions about the existence of God, the purpose of life, the afterlife, the claims of Jesus and more. Some people want to get beyond religion and find a relationship with God that really changes life. Others come for the close, long-lasting friendships that are built during the Alpha course.
Many guests have never been to church, others may have attended church occasionally but feel they have never really understood the basics of the Christian faith. Everyone is welcome.
How Much Will It Cost?
There is no charge for attending the Alpha course.

Intergenerational forums to strengthen our lives together. Forums are offered Sunday Mornings and cover a variety of topics.
Single Women’s Bible Study
Single women gather to discuss current books and studies every Sunday morning at 10:30am. Contact Karen Weiberg at 612.789.2769 to find out the current study.
Tuesday Morning Breakfast Class
The Tuesday Morning Breakfast Class meets every Tuesday morning (except Dec. 25, Jan. 1 & March 26) through May from 6:30-7:30am. Nativity’s Tuesday Morning Breakfast class discusses books chosen by the group. Conversation will be lively. Join us at 6:30am any Tuesday starting in September through May in the Commons Cafe; end with breakfast & out by 7:30pm. Call Duane Addison @ 763.574.9822 with questions. Come, bring your questions.
Wednesday Morning Bible Study
This class meets every Wednesday throughout the year, with the exception of holidays. The class meets from 9:30-11am and treats are shared. If you have questions contact Pastor Dan, 612.781.2766.
Word to the Wise Thursday Morning Bible Study
This class meets September through May, 9:15-11:30am. The class doesn’t usually meet in June, July or August. The class meets Thursday mornings from 9-11:30am and is led by Marilyn Eberlein. Contact Pastor Dan, 612.781.2766 if you have questions.
