Beginning Families of Faith

May 16, July 18, September 19 & November 21, 2010 

The Beginning Families of Faith class gives parents an opportunity to make connections with other parents, hear some details about the baptismal service and to learn together about sharing and “passing on faith” to our children. Parents who will be having a baby baptized in the near future OR whose child was recently baptized, along with grandparents and godparents, are welcome to attend the class.

Baptism

Baptisms are performed at all services. The service is determined by the family's preference. We schedule baptisms at the Saturday, 5:30 p.m. service any weekend and at the 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. services on the 2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays of the month. Baptisms may occur before the family takes the Beginning Families of Faith class with the permission of Pastor Glenn. If a family is planning a baptism they are required to take the Beginning Families of Faith class. We encourage parents, grandparents and godparents to attend the class as well.
